A proof that the US is not a democracy by the people​

I define a concept called "The Court of Public Opinion".

The Court of Public Opinion

The Court of Public Opinion is a machine that measures deviation between the General Public's expectation of policy (The General Will) and actual policy. Public Policy is considered correct when the general will exactly matches the policy.

I choose to examine our corporate copyright duration of 95 years in the Court of Public Opinion. It is absurd. It is too absurd to exist in a democracy by the people. A democracy by the people would not willingly tolerate this abomination, and yet it persists.

We must be in tyranny because Democracy by the people cannot be true.

I leave more formal proof of this as an exercise for the math nerds out there. Be aware that individual opinions are not fungible when doing statistical analysis and I don't care what the central limit theorem says. You aren't analyzing "facts" like with BMI. You are measuring multi-dimensional opinion that cannot be summarized into simple binary conclusions.

A Declaration of War​

Injustices by our federal government against the People of the United States

BE IT KNOWN that I HEREBY ACCUSE the US Federal Government of the following offenses against the people:

  • Protecting the rapists, pedophiles, and institutions that participated in Jeffrey Epstein's sex traffic ring from justice. Soccer mom jail for Madam G does not qualify as appropriate punishment. They should be zealously hunted like Nazi war criminals and brought to trial.
  • Gerrymandering legislative districts to rig elections for the Democrat or Republican party.
  • Allowing the Trump Criminal Racketeering Enterprise to flourish with impunity in our federal government.
  • Bipartisan abuse of presidential pardons for privileged white-collar criminals for decades.
  • Rampant insider stock trading by Congressmen and Senators.
  • Elected officials in service to their political party and donors instead of the Constitution and the electorate.
  • Excessively long copyright policy that prevents anything from ever entering the Public Domain.
  • Allowing Visa and MasterCard to monopolize the payment industry and extort the public.
  • Waging illegal wars in other countries for decades against the will of the American Public and the international community.
  • Cutting benefits to the public year after year to fund tax breaks for the wealthiest Americans.
  • Allowing private companies to store, share, and abuse our personal information without permission or compensation.
  • The Supreme Court legislating from the bench for political gain and usurping State and Federal Congressional authority.
  • Members of Congress knowingly lying and misleading the American Public. It does not matter whether or not it was under oath. In the Court of Public opinion you are guilty regardless.

This is just from the top of my head.
There are many more.
None of these claims are controversial.
They are clear and undisputed abuses of federal authority.
This is unacceptable in a Democracy by the people.
Judgement is set.

My rights as an American Anarchist under natural law​

As an anarchist in the American tradition I assert an individual right to self governance inherent to humans under natural law. Our Democracy holds it in trust and exercises that authority on our behalf. Our government is not a democracy by the people as promised in our Constitution and is therefore a tyranny. Should our government become a tyranny I may choose to reassert my right to self-govern and seek retribution upon my enemies.
So mote it be!

I Declare War

As is my right under natural law in the face of tyranny I reclaim my right to self govern.
BE IT THEREFORE KNOWN that I DECLARE WAR upon the corporations, private companies, and wealthy individuals that usurp our constitutional authority.

This war will not be fought with guns. It will not be a war to overthrow the Republic.
This is a war of Information. Your voice as Independent Media creators against a Corporate Media oligopoly. We are here to purge Corporate Media corruption and restore control of the Republic to its citizens.

American Democracy is in tyranny! This path only leads to eventual violent revolution and I seek to prevent that outcome while we still have time to save the Republic. If we lose our ability to reach millions through the platforms that host Independent Media, then there may be no other pleasant options.

We cannot continue to allow Mass Media to pick our leaders and undermine public policy. Non-human entities have no voice in a Democracy by the people!

Rise now or be forever fallen!

To my enemies undermining our Republic​

Should you or your organization fall into this category and you continue to be an enemy of the People of the United States, then I will ruin you without mercy, pity, or remorse. We are at war and you are my enemy. I do not advocate for violence, yet I will ruin you nonetheless. There will be no peace until our federal government remedies the problems above, or I have destroyed every organization that opposes me. Test me at your peril.

Should you be an individual in service to or employed by these organizations, then think about what you are doing. You are literally enslaving the American Public, yourself, your children, and your children's children for a salary today. I pray that you find the wisdom and means to choose another path.

I will not be a slave ruled by Corporate Media. The Revolution will not be televised, but it will be available through Independent Media creators on YouTube.
